This is a super fun full body workout!!! Classes offer the same personalized coaching and motivation to help you get fit and lose fat  with a little more emphasis on core work and slightly lighter weights and higher reps.

SAMPLE WORKOUT

10 Minutes of Stretching

10 Minutes of core/ab work

then:

30 Minutes As many rounds as possible:

5 Push Ups (subbing out knee or elevated push ups if needed)

10 Dumbell lunges

200m Run

alternating with:

5 Pull Ups (subbing out banded pull ups or ring rows if needed)

10 Dumbell lunges

200m Run

then:

10 Minutes of cool down stretching
